Child labour

TeFOZ in partnership with other organisations seek to engage and lobby against child labour specially in the agricultural and mining sectors.

Gender Mainstreaming

TeFOZ seeks to:
a- conduct workshops and campaigns that enhance and deepen gender main streaming amongst members
b- observe International Women’s Day
c- mentoring of women leaders and aspiring leaders
d- awareness campaigns against gender based violence

Workers rights

TeFOZ believe that workers rights are entitlements that every worker has by virtue of being a worker. TeFOZ works and affilliates with other organisations in advocating and lobbying for the awareness of workers rights in particular in the education sector.
